【摘要】 目的考察绿原酸对小鼠细胞免疫和体液免疫的影响。方法通过DNCB致小鼠耳肿胀的迟发超敏反应(DTH)、小鼠脏器巨噬细胞清除异物的功能、对5%鸡红细胞的吞噬功能的影响以及对环磷酰胺致小鼠溶血素低下的影响实验,研究绿原酸对机体细胞免疫和体液免疫的影响。结果绿原酸可明显增强DTH的耳肿胀度,增强巨噬细胞吞噬功能,提高机体血清溶血素的含量。结论绿原酸可明显增强机体细胞免疫和体液免疫的功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To explore the effects of chlorogenic acid on immune function in mice.METHODS To study the effects of chlorogenic acid on the cell-mediated immunity and humoral-mediated immunity by experiments such as delayed-type hypersensitive response(DTH) induced by DNCB which resulted in ear swelling,the removing extraneous material function and the phagotrophy function to 5% CRBC of macrophage in organ and abdominal cavity,the effects on the low hemolysin in mice caused by cyclophosphamide.RESULTS Chlorogenic acid can enhance ear swelling of DTH,increase the macrophage phagocytosis function and the level of serum hemolysin.CONCLUSION Chlorogenic acid can obviously enhance the immune function on cell-mediated immunity and the humoral-mediated immunity.更多还原
