【摘要】 目的建立咽炎含片的质量标准。方法采用TLC法鉴别咽炎含片中黄芩、野菊花、射干三味药材;并用HPLC法测定有效成分绿原酸的含量。结果咽炎含片中绿原酸线性的关系良好,其线性范围为0.066~0.330μg(r=0.9998),回收率为98.1%,RSD=0.8%。结论所建方法简便、迅速,可有效地控制咽炎含片的质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To identify Baical skullcap root,Chrysanthemi indici,Blackberrylily rhizome and determine the content of chlorogenic acid in pharyngitis buccal tablets.METHODS TLC and HPLC method were used for identification and quantitative analysis,respectively.RESULTS TLC was a simple and rapid method for identification.HPLC assay was linear in the range of 0.066-0.330 μg(r=0.9998).The average recovery was 98.1% with RSD of 0.8%.CONCLUSION The method is effective for quality control of pharyngitis Buccal tablets.更多还原
