【摘要】 目的研究板蓝根注射液对人脐静脉血管内皮细胞的作用机制。方法用不同浓度的板蓝根注射液与人脐静脉血管内皮细胞(ECV-304)共同培养后,采用MTT法及形态学方法观察板蓝根注射液对人脐静脉血管内皮细胞的作用。结果不同浓度的板蓝根注射液对细胞生长具有抑制作用。结论板蓝根注射液对人脐静脉血管内皮细胞的增殖不但具有抑制作用,且与浓度呈正相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To examine the effect of traditional Chinese medicine Banlangen injection on human vascular endothelial cells.METHODS Human umbilical vein endothelial cell line(ECV304 cells)was incubated with Banlangen injection.MTT and morphological approaches were adopted to observe the effect of Banlangeng injection on ECV304 cell.RESULTS Banlangen injection has a dose-dependent inhibitory effect on ECV304 cell,and positive correlation is presented.CONCLUSION Banlangen injection could stimulate the inhibitory effect on human vascular endothelial cell.更多还原
