灯盏花素双层渗透泵控释片的制备及体外释放度

【摘要】 目的研究灯盏花素双层渗透泵的处方工艺和体外释放行为。方法采用综合评分法对正交实验结果进行评价,优化处方。结果优化处方为包衣膜增重7%、1.2mg.ml-1PEG4000、79.0mg PEO、21.0mg NaCl、2.0mg HPMC。自制片批间重复性较好,受高湿、高温影响较大。结论所制片剂在14h内零级释药特征明显、16h释药较完全,保存应密闭。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the preparation and drug release of breviscapin two-layer osmotic pump tablets.METHODS The optimal formulation was selected by orthogonal experiment and evaluated by comprehensively grades.RESULTS The optimal formulation was as follows,weight of membrane 7%,PEG 1.2 mg ml-1,PEO 79.0 mg,NaCl 21.0 mg,HPMC 2.0 mg.The repeatability of three batches was good,but the preparation was effected by high humidity and high temperature.CONCLUSION The self-prepared breviscapin-CRT had excellent zero-order release character in 14 h and released completely within 16 h,and should be sealed preserved.
