【Abstract】 A new spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace manganese has been studied,based on the discoloration reaction between KIO4 and Morin in NaOH solution.The maximum absorption wavelength is at 415nm.The linear range is 0.0016μg/mL~0.0064μg/mL,and detection limit is 1.0×10-3μg /mL.There are no interference from the most common ions.The method has been used to determine trace Manganese in tea samples with satisfactory results.更多还原
