【摘要】 用二碘二氨合铂与L-丝氨酸在水溶液中合成了丝氨酸铂配合物。通过薄层色谱、差动热分析、红外光谱、元素分析对丝氨酸铂配合物进行了初步表征。利用MTT体外检测法初步体外抗癌活性实验结果表明:L-丝氨酸铂配合物对人体的宫颈癌细胞(Hela)和胃癌细胞株(BGC-823)生长有明显抑制作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The L-serine platinum complex was synthesized from iodine-platinum diamine（Pt（NH₃）₂I₂） and L-serine in aqueous solution.The L-serine platinum complex was characterized by TLC,DSC,IR spectroscopy and elemental analysis,and the anticancer activity was measured by external body test.The results indicated that the platinum complex bore obvious anticancer effects to Hela and inhibitory effects to the growth of BGC-823.更多还原
