在相转移催化条件下合成4-(N-异丙氨基)-苯甲酸的研究
Study on the Synthesis of 4-(N-Isopropyl amino)-benzoic Acid by Phase Transfer Catalysis
【摘要】 在相转移催化条件下对4-(N-异丙氨基)-苯甲酸进行了合成,具体的合成条件为:相转移催化剂为十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(HDTMA),用量为m(HDTMA)∶m(2-溴丙烷)=0.04~0.06。反应温度为60~62℃,加热回流4 h直至下层的2-溴丙烷基本消失,冷却,得白色固体,产率为71.1%。
【Abstract】 4-(N-isopropyl amino)-benzoic acid was synthesized from p-amino benzoic acid by alkylation reaction.A quaternary ammonium salt is used as the solvent in the phase transfer catalyzed reaction.The reaction was run under 60~62 ℃ and in a reflux state for 4 h.A white solid was obtained,and the yield reached 71.1%.
