1,2-丙二胺合成工艺的研究
Study on the Synthesis of 1,2-Diaminopropane
【摘要】 1,2-丙二胺(DAP)是一种重要的精细化工中间体,在有机合成、医药、染料、农药等领域有着广泛的应用。对以1,2-二氯丙烷(DCP)废液、氨为原料,合成1,2-丙二胺的工艺进行研究。通过实验考察各种影响因素对氨化反应的影响,得出了反应的优化条件是:水为溶剂,氧化铜为催化剂、用量为1%(以1,2-二氯丙烷质量计),氨与1,2-二氯丙烷进料摩尔比为40∶1、反应温度为160℃、反应时间为240min。1,2-丙二胺的收率可超过50%。
【Abstract】 1,2-Diaminopropane is an important intermediate in organic synthesis.It has wide application in many fields,including fine chemicals,medicine,dye,pesticide and etc.The suitable technical conditions for synthesizing 1,2-diaminopropane from waste liquid of 1,2-dichloropropane were investigated in detail.The optimal reaction conditions were:water as solvent catalyst concentration 1% of the amount of 1,2-dichloropropane,molar ratio of ammonia to 1,2-dichloropropane 40∶1,reaction temperature 160 ℃,and reaction time 240 min.The yield of 1,2-diaminopropane could be over 50%.
