【Abstract】 A series of 3,4-disubstituted-1,2,4-triazole derivatives containing heterocyclic group were prepared by the condensation reaction of 1,4-disubstituted thiosemicarbazides in a basic medium.The intermediates 1,4-disubstituted thiosemicarbazides were synthesized by using aryl hydrazide and phenylisothiocyanate as starting materials.The structures of the target compounds were confirmed by IR,1HNMR,13CNMR,MS and elemental analysis.更多还原
