唑来膦酸钠的合成工艺改进

【摘要】 在绿色环保离子液体介质中以咪唑-1-基乙酸盐酸盐为原料,通过与磷酸和三氯化磷缩合、水解制得唑来膦酸,再与氢氧化钠反应、成盐得标题化合物。总收率50%。此工艺反应条件温和、原料易得、操作简便、产率高、环境友好、产品纯度高,既适应于工业化生产,又使成本显著降低,且反应介质离子液体可方便回收并重复利用。

【Abstract】 Sodium zoledronate was synthesized in ionic liquids using imidazol-1-ylacetic acid hydrochloride as the starting materials.The total yield was over 60%.The purity of sodium zoledronate determined by HPLC was 99.8%.The method presented here features mild reaction conditions,simple operation,easy separation of product,high yield and environmental friendliness.Moreover,the ionic liquid can be easily recycled and reused for several runs efficiently.
