L-焦谷氨酰胺的无溶剂一步反应合成新方法
A solvent-free one-step method for synthesis of L-pyroglutamamide
【摘要】 以L-谷氨酸和尿素为原料,采用无溶剂的一步反应新方法合成了标题化合物;利用高效液相色谱(蒸发光散射检测器)对不同反应条件下合成的产品进行分析,结果表明,当L-谷氨酸与尿素的物质的量比为1:1.3时,让反应混合物在145℃下反应2h后,再在180℃下反应20min,产品收率达96.3%,产物纯度为99.67%。
【Abstract】 A solvent-free one-step method for the synthesis of L-pyroglutamamide was developed using glutamic acid and urea as the starting materials.Products synthesized from different molar ratios of glutamic acid and urea were analyzed by HPLC-ELSD.A product yield of 96.3% with the product purity reaching 99.67% was achieved when 2.65 g(18 mmol) of glutamic acid reacted with 1.41 g(23 mmol) urea at 145° for 2 h and then at 180 ℃ for 20 min.
