一些含噻唑杂环的萘酰亚胺衍生物的合成

【摘要】 以6-溴-1H,3H-苯并[de]吡喃-1,3-二酮为起始原料,通过硝化、氢化还原、关环和亚酰化反应,合成了3个含噻唑杂环的萘酰亚胺衍生物:N-丙基-9-苯基-苯并[de]噻唑[4,5-g]异喹啉-4,6-二酮、N-丁基-9-苯基-苯并[de]噻唑[4,5-g]异喹啉-4,6-二酮和N-羟乙基-9-苯基-苯并[de]噻唑[4,5-g]异喹啉-4,6-二酮。产物经过IR1、HNMR和元素分析进行了表征。

【Abstract】 Starting from 6-bromo-1H,3H-benzoisochromene-1,3-dione,three new compounds——N-propyl-9-phenyl-benzo-[de]-thiazole-[4,5-g]-isoquinoline-4,6-dione,N-butyl-9-phenyl-benzothiazole-[4,5-g]-isoquinoline-4,6-dione and N-hydroxyethyl-9-phenyl-benzothiazole-[4,5-g]-isoquinoline-4,6-dione were synthesized through the reactions of nitration,hydrogenation,cyclization and imidation.The compounds were characterized by IR,1HNMR and elemental analyses.
