Pbf-NCS(2,2,4,6,7-五甲基二氢苯并呋喃-5-磺酰基异硫氰酸酯)的合成
Synthesis of Pbf-NCS(2,2,4,6,7-pentamethyldihydroben-zofuran-5-sulfonyl isothiocyanate)
【摘要】 以2,3,5-三甲基苯酚和异丁醛为起始原料经缩合、磺化、酰胺化得到关键中间体Pbf-NH2,随后Pbf-NH2分别在CS2及三光气的作用下得到标题化合物Pbf-NCS。总收率54%。
【Abstract】 The key intermediate Pbf-NH2 was obtained through cyclization,sulfonation,and amidation using 2,3,5-trimethylphenol and iso-butylaldehyde as starting materials.Then Pbf-NH2 was treated with CS2 and triphosgene(TBC) separately to obtain the target compound Pbf-NCS,with a total yield equating to 54%.
