【Abstract】 Isophthalic acid,an intermediate with wide developing prospects,is mainly used for unsaturated polyester resin,PET polyester resin and alkyd resin.Six kinds of preparing technology of isophthalic acid,such as m-xylene sulfur oxidation process,isophthalonitrile hydrolytic method,nitric acid oxidation process,Chevron process,potassium permanganate oxidation process,air oxidation process,and their mechanisms in liquid phase are reviewed.A method that green oxidant potassium ferrate oxidizes m-xylene to synthesis isophthalic acid is also put forward.更多还原
