间苯二甲酸制备工艺的研究进展
Progress in Preparing Technology of Isophthalic Acid
【摘要】 间苯二甲酸主要应用在不饱和聚酯树脂、PET聚酯树脂以及醇酸树脂方面,是一种极具发展前景的中间体原料。对间苯二甲酸的6种制备工艺,即间二甲苯硫氧化法、间苯二腈水解法、硝酸氧化法、Chevron法、高锰酸钾氧化法和空气液相氧化法及其反应机理进行了探讨。由此提出绿色氧化剂高铁酸钾氧化间二甲苯制间苯二甲酸的制备方法。
【Abstract】 Isophthalic acid,an intermediate with wide developing prospects,is mainly used for unsaturated polyester resin,PET polyester resin and alkyd resin.Six kinds of preparing technology of isophthalic acid,such as m-xylene sulfur oxidation process,isophthalonitrile hydrolytic method,nitric acid oxidation process,Chevron process,potassium permanganate oxidation process,air oxidation process,and their mechanisms in liquid phase are reviewed.A method that green oxidant potassium ferrate oxidizes m-xylene to synthesis isophthalic acid is also put forward.
