还原法合成α-氨基丙醇及主要应用
Synthesis of α-Amino Propanol by Reduction Method and Its Applications
【摘要】 α-氨基丙醇在制药及农产品行业中有着广泛的应用。其合成以还原法为主,其中的金属硼氢化物非催化还原已得到工业应用,而催化还原正以其环境友好、操作简便受到普遍关注。本文总结了α-氨基丙醇的相关研究报道,在合成及应用两方面作了系统的论述。
【Abstract】 α-amino propanol is widely used in pharmaceutical industry and agricultural production.The main solution of α-amino propanol synthesis is based on the reduction method.Non-catalytical reduction by metal borohydride has been utilized in industry while the catalytical reduction is receiving wide attention because of its environmental friendliness and convenient operation.In this paper a review is presented to summarize the research on synthesis and applications of α-amino propanol.
