【摘要】 络合萃取技术是一种非常有前途的可用于印染废水中染料回收的技术。本文以酸性黄GR为研究对象,探讨了三辛胺萃取回收酸性染料的萃取平衡特性。在初始染料浓度较低(如低于0.1g·L-1以下时),萃取率比较低,而在较高浓度范围,维持在40%～50%之间。油相染料浓度与水相染料浓度之间的关系可用y=0.71739x表示。进一步就平衡曲线的工程应用做了详细的讨论。给出工程应用时的计算机方法和程序。更多还原

【Abstract】 Reactive extraction is a promising technology to saperate polar organics from dilute aqueous solution.The phase equilibrium of acid dye of acid rose yellow RB by trioctyl amine(TOA) was studied in the paper.Dye concentration in aqueous phase showed little effect on extraction percentage with extraction percentage of 40%～50%.Dye concentration in oil phase has a nearly linear relationship with that in water phase,which can be calculated by y =0.71739x.the application of phase equilbrium curve in engineering designing is discussed detailedly.更多还原
