【摘要】 采用气相色谱法测定青菜中10种有机磷农药残留量。样品用乙腈超声波提取,经弗罗里硅土固相小柱净化,以V二氯甲烷∶V丙酮=9∶1洗脱,GC-NPD检测,外标法定量。加标量为0.50μg/20g时,回收率在81.0%～111.3%,相对标准偏差在2.2%～6.6%。该方法适用性强,操作简便,色谱杂峰少。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the method for determination of Organphosphorus pesticides in the Vegetables by gas chromatography(GC).The vegetable samples were extracted with acetonitrile and cleane-up by Florisil SPE cartridge,eluted with methylenechloride-Acetone(1:9,v/v)and determined by GC(FTD).The recoveries of those organphosphorus pesticides ranged from 81.0% to 111.3% at fortification level of 0.50μg/20g,the relative standard deviations varied from 2.2% to 6.6%.The method is applicable,has simple operate and the GC diagrams show a little impurity peaks.更多还原
