3-溴-4,5-二羟基苯甲基乙醚的合成
Synthesis of 3-bromo-4,5-dihydroxybenzyl ethyl ether
【摘要】 以香兰素为原料,经溴代、去甲基化、还原、醚化,首次合成了具有生物活性的溴酚类天然产物——3-溴-4,5-二羟基苯甲基乙醚,总收率为60%。其结构经IR、1HNMR和元素分析确认。
【Abstract】 3-bromo-4,5-dihydroxybenzyl ethyl ether,which was a natural bromophenol that has potential bioactiveties,was synthesized for the first time by the procedure of using vanillin as a beginning material through bromination,demethylation,reduction and etherification.The total yield was 60%.The structure was confirmed by 1H NMR,IR and elemental analysis.
