ICP-MS分析六氟化钨中的金属粒子
Analytical method of metal granules in tungsten hexafluoride
【摘要】 本文结合WF6的性质,对超高纯(99.999%)WF6中的金属粒子进行分析。由于WF6具有腐蚀性,而且遇水迅速反应生成WO3和HF,同时金属粒子密度大,只有测定液态WF6中的金属粒子含量结果才是稳定准确的,所以本文设计了一个密闭的半定量取样管路,可以准确的完成对WF6中金属粒子的取样。完成取样后,根据各种金属粒子的溶解性质,将所取金属粒子定量转化为待测溶液,然后利用电感耦合等离子质谱分析即可以得到WF6样品中各种金属粒子的含量。最终分析结果显示,中国船舶重工集团第七一八研究所生产的WF6产品可以满足相关技术指标的要求,满足产业化生产的条件。
【Abstract】 This paper analyzed metal granules in super-pure(99.999%) WF6 according to the especial characters of WF6.Because WF6 has causticity and has a reaction with H2O immediately,at the same time,the metal granules have large density,in order to ensure analytical result is veracious,we must analyze the liquid state WF6,we designed a analytical system,which is airtight,half-quantificational and accomplishes sampling exactly.Then basing the different solvency,collocating the solution quantificationally.so we can get the content of metal granules by analyzing the solution using inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICPMS).The outcome indicates that the WF6 which products by the 718th Research Institute of CSIC can be up to the mustard of specification,and can actualize industrialization.
