温度和搅拌速度对二氧化硅直径和单分散性的影响

【摘要】 为了研究环境在硅球粒子生长过程中对粒子直径和单分散性的影响,分别在不同温度,搅拌速度条件下制造硅球并且分析了硅球的尺寸,发现随着温度降低,搅拌速度提高,粒子直径升高,粒子的单分散性变差,且温度的影响远大于搅拌速度。并且随着温度的升高,粒径减小更快。

【Abstract】 In order to research the effect of temperature and stirring rate on the diameter and the monodispersity of silica spheres, prepared the silica spheres in the different temperature and stirring rate and analysis the diameter. The study showed that the lower the temperature was and the higher the stirring rate was, the larger the diameter was and the lower the monodispersity was. What is more, the effect of the temperature was larger than the stirring rate. The higher the temperature was, the faster the diameter diminished.
