【Abstract】 This paper studied influencing factors of quantitative analysis of biosurfactant by oil spreading method.Water source,water amount and n-dodecane amount did not affect greatly the oil expulsion circle size.But n-dodecane from different manufacturers had different application effects.A protocols quantitative analysis of biosurfactant by oil spreading method was proposed.更多还原
