二次成像中波红外折射衍射光学系统设计
Design of Re-imaging MIR Optical System Employing Refractive and Diffractive Optical Elements
【摘要】 中波红外(3~5μm)在航天遥感中有着重要的应用。由于背景辐射的影响,中波红外光学系统一般要求达到100%冷光阑效率。在航天应用中由于系统轻量化的要求,同时要求光学系统的设计尽可能简化。光学技术的发展,使得光学设计可以利用非球面,二元光学衍射面等,获得更多的自由度,对成像光学系统的像差进行有效的校正。利用三个光学元件,设计出波段范围3~5μm,口径200 mm,F/2.5的二次成像光学系统。系统由主光学卡塞格林系统加中继系统组成。中继系统由一片硫化锌透镜组成,成像质量达到衍射极限。
【Abstract】 MIR systems have lots of applications in aerospace remote sensing.Because of thermal radiation,MIR optic system usually requires 100% cold stop efficiency.Optic systems used in aerospace have more input constraints as the weight and size limitation.Modern optic technology can simplify optic structure.Optic designer can only use refractive index,curvature,and air space to optimize a system.Now more parameters can be used with aspheric or diffractive surfaces.They can correct wavefront errors very efficiently.This paper give a 3~5 μm,D=200 mm,F/#=2.5 design with 3 elements.The system contains a Cassegrain telescope and relay system.The relay system has only one ZnS lens.The whole system performs very well within the diffraction limit.
