衍射光学元件在红外成像光学系统中的应用
Applied Research of Diffractive Optical Elements in IR Imaging Systems
【摘要】 介绍了衍射光学元件的优点,并举例说明衍射光学元件在监控、火控、无人机侦察等红外光学系统中的应用,给出了一个红外光学系统设计实例,在设计中使用了衍射光学元件,以补偿温度变化所产生的影响,通过与没使用衍射光学元件的红外光学系统的成像质量比较,表明使用衍射光学元件可以消除温度的影响,使系统在较大的温度范围内保持比较好的成像质量,可以满足军用光学系统的使用要求。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the advantages of diffractive optical elements are introduced The applications of diffractive elements in surveillances,fire control and photoelectric sight systems are also discussed. An infrared optical system is taken for example. A diffractive optical element is used to eliminate the influence of the temperature change. The image quality comparison between refractive/diffractive hybrid optical system and optical system without diffractive elements was made. The results show that the diffractive optical element can improve aberration and thermal difference. It can be applied to military infrared optical system.
