FTIR结合主成分分析对杜鹃花植物鉴别分类研究
Discrimination of Ericaceae Using FTIR Spectroscopy and Principal Component Analysis
【摘要】 采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)结合主成分分析对杜鹃花科植物不同属及亚属鉴别分类。测试了杜鹃花科植物1个属3个亚属4类植物28个叶子样品的红外光谱。结果显示4类杜鹃花植物红外光谱表现出微小差异。结合主成分分析统计方法对28个叶子样品的光谱进行统计分析,发现基于傅里叶变换红外光谱的主成分分析排序图能够正确对样品分类。研究揭示FTIR光谱结合主成分分析方法可以用来鉴别分类植物。
【Abstract】 Plants of Ericaceae include a large number of ornamental speices in Yunnan Province,South West of China.In this paper,Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) spectroscopy was used for obtaining vibrational spectrum of 28 leaf samples which belong to genus Pieris D.Don and genus Rhododendron L.(including three subgenus) of Ericaceae.The results showed that there were some small differences in the FTIR spectra.Principal component analysis(PCA) was applied to their spectra in the region between 4000 and 400 cm-1.The combination of this chemometric techniques with FTIR spectra can classify the samples into four groups,which is in accord with traditional plant taxonomy.The study demonstrate that FTIR spectroscopy is a rapid,noninvasive method in discriminating plants only with part of a leaf.
