超声波辅助法提取藜蒿黄酮的工艺研究

【摘要】 采用超声波辅助法提取藜蒿黄酮,利用正交实验确定提取藜蒿黄酮的最佳工艺.结果表明影响藜蒿黄酮得率的因素顺序为:乙醇浓度>超声处理时间>浸提时间>料液比,在50℃下,用30倍于干物料的60%乙醇浸提6.5h,再超声处理45min时黄酮得率最高(0.899%).

【Abstract】 Adopting ultrasonic assisted method and cross experiment,we have extracted flavonoids and determined the optimization craft of extracting flavonoids of Artemisia selengensis.The result showed that the order of factors influencing the yields of extracting flavonoids were as follows:Concentration of Alcohol>The Time of Ultrasonic Treatment>The Time of Lixiviation>The Ratio of Solid to Liquid.The yields of extracting flavonoids were the highest(0.897%)at the optimum extracting condition which was adopting temperature of 50℃,using the ratio of solid to liquid of thirty times and the alcohol of 60% to lixiviate by expending 6.5h,and then expending forty five minutes for ultrasonic treatment.
