【Abstract】 The training of university basketball is bilateral activities which instructor and athletes participate in at the same time. The instructor who plays a leading role in the training course has influence on athletes who are the main body of the drill course. This influence is a vital factor for determining training effect, competition results and the development of the team. The effect which the instructor influences on the athletes is divided into power and non-power. Increasing the influence from instructor act, the key lies in increasing non-power influence.更多还原
