分子内氢键对厚朴酚、和厚朴酚荧光光谱的影响

【摘要】 研究了厚朴酚、和厚朴酚的荧光光谱随pH的变化情况,探讨了分子内氢键对二者荧光光谱的影响.实验发现,厚朴酚、和厚朴酚的光谱性质存在显著差异:厚朴酚具有较强的光酸性,水溶液中,pHO~14,厚朴酚只表现出1价阴离子HA-*的发射(λem=400 mm);和厚朴酚的荧光光谱随pH的变化情况比厚朴酚复杂,其光酸性较弱,有290 nm/345 nm、304nm/425 nm和314 nm/395 nm 3对荧光型态.

【Abstract】 The change of the fluorescence spectroscopy of magnolol and honokiol following the changes in pH value is studied and the impact of intramolecular hydrogen bonds on the fluorescence spectroscopy of magnolol and honokiol is explored.It is found that there exist significant differences in the nature of the spectra of the two substances:magnolol is strong in photoacidity,and in aqueous solutions,when pH0~14,it only shows 1 valence of anion HA-~* emisssion(λem= 400 nm);the change of fluorescence spectrometry of honokiol following the change of pH is more complicated than that of magnolol and its photoacidity is weak and shows 3 fluorescence patterns: 290 nm/345 nm,304 nm/425nm and 314 nm/395 nm.
