【摘要】 采用"中学组织管理气氛量表"和"教师工作满意度量表"调查分析中学组织管理气氛与教师工作满意度的关系,结果显示:中学组织管理气氛总体情况及其各个主因素与中学教师工作满意度总体情况及其各个主因素之间,除关心体贴与工作强度相关不显著外,其余各因素之间均呈显著正相关;多元线性回归分析结果进一步证明,学校的管理气氛对教师的工作满意度具有影响和预测作用,尤其是制度的健全情况影响教师对干群关系满意度的33%;学校管理的系统性影响中学教师自我实现满意度的22%、影响对同事关系满意度的18%;民主作风影响教师对工资收入满意度的9.9%;领导威信影响教师对工作强度满意度的6.1%。更多还原

【Abstract】 A scale of organization and management atmosphere and scale of teacher satisfaction are used in the relevant study.Result shows most variables are positively relevant except for the indiscriminate relation between care and working tensity;diversified regression analysis further proves the influence of management atmosphere upon teacher satisfaction at a ratio of 33%;the influence of management system upon the self-satisfaction at 22%,and upon colleagues’ satisfaction at 18%;influence of democracy upon salary satisfaction at 9.9%,and influence of leadership authority upon teachrs’ working tensity at 6.1%.更多还原
