【摘要】 法学专业课程设置的不合理是导致目前法学毕业生就业率低的主要原因之一。笔者在实践调研的基础上,对现有法学课程设置进行反思与重构,提出转换现有课程顺序、重新设定选修课与必修课、增加法律实例演习、法律实习以及增列专题讨论课程等建议,以期能够进一步改进法学教学,提高法学学生的就业率。更多还原
