【摘要】 基于Delphi 7.0语言及Microsoft Access 2000数据库,开发了低碳钢焊接工艺专家系统,该专家系统由知识库开发模块、工艺设计模块、服务模块等部分组成。通过优化低碳钢弧焊工艺知识,根据关系数据库(DBMS)的原理,实现知识的关系化表征,采取面向对象的程序设计方法设计了推理机制,精确地实现了低碳钢弧焊焊接工艺规程(WPS)文件的制定,同时,系统具有WPS的检索、删除及打印等功能。关系化的知识库具有专家知识扩充功能,可以实现推理机制的进一步智能化。

【Abstract】 The low-carbon steel welding process expert system was developed based on Delphi7.0 programming language and Microsoft Access 2000 database, which was consisted of knowledge base development module, process design module and service module. By optimizing low carbon steel welding process knowledge, based on the principles of relational database (DBMS), realized the knowledge relations attribute. The reasoning mechanism was designed by using the object-oriented programming method, the formulation of the lowcarbon steel arc welding procedure specification (WPS) document was accurately completed, this system had the WPS search, deletion and print functions. The relation knowledge base had the expert knowledge extension function, and further intellectualization of the reasoning mechanism could be achieved.
