车身焊点有限元建模方法探讨

【摘要】 点焊构件的耐久性取决于焊点的疲劳强度,建立焊点的高精度有限元模型对分析焊点的疲劳强度问题至关重要。为此建立了焊点的各种有限元模型,根据典型金属板件的自由模态试验,比较了各模型的模拟精度和建模时间,得出了单个梁单元更适用于模拟车身点焊构件焊点的结论。

【Abstract】 The durability of welded components was depended on the fatigue strength of the welding-spot, so it was very impor-tant to build up the high precision finite element model to analyze the fatigue strength of the welding-spot. Therefore, all kinds of finite element model of welding-spots were founded. The simulation precision and modeling-time of each model were compared which based on the free mode experiments of the typical metal slat, and a conclusion was drawn that single beam element was more suitable to simulate the welding-spot of car body.
