CLAM钢TIG焊有限元模拟
Simulation on TIG welding of CLAM steel
【摘要】 以我国自主研发的中国低活化马氏体钢-CLAM钢为研究对象,应用ANSYS有限元分析软件建立单面双道焊三维有限元数学模型,并运用APDL参数化语言及"生死单元"技术实现了模拟过程中焊接热源的移动及焊缝金属的逐步填充,模拟了CLAM钢TIG焊预热情况下瞬态温度场,定量分析了焊件不同位置的温度分布,并通过红外测温验证了温度场模拟结果,同时对比分析了不同的焊接速度对焊接熔池的影响。
【Abstract】 China Low Activation Martensitic steel which was self-developed in China—CLAM steel was regarded as the research object in the paper. Three dimensional finite element mathematical model of two-pass welding by one side was established using FEA software—ANSYS. Methods of ANSYS Parametric Design Language (APDL) and " life-death element" technique were applied to simulate the moving of the welding heat source and the filling of welding material step by step in simulation. Three dimensional transient temperature field of CLAM steel TIG welding with preheating was simulated, the temperature distributions of different points on weldment were analyzed quantitatively, and the simulated results were verified by Infrared Temperature Measurement Technology. The effect of different welding speed on the weld pool was analyzed.
