脑白质病变与颅内动脉硬化的相关性研究
Rank correlation between white matter lesions and intracranial atherosclerosis
【摘要】 目的分析脑白质病变程度和颅内动脉硬化条数之间的关系,探讨脑白质病变对颅内动脉硬化发生风险和严重程度的预测作用。方法回顾分析急性脑梗死患者133例,全部行头颅MRISE序列扫描和3D-TOFMRA,测量颅内动脉硬化条数、脑白质病变程度。结果颅内动脉硬化占75.2%(100/133),脑白质病变者占80.5%(107/133)。颅内动脉硬化率在脑白质病变组高于无脑白质病变组(2=5.303,p=0.021)。随着脑白质病变程度加重,颅内动脉硬化条数有增多趋势(spearman rs=0.415,p<0.001)。结论颅内动脉硬化总条数与脑白质病变程度等级相关,对合并脑白质病变的脑卒中高危人群进行脑动脉MRA检测有重要防治意义。
【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the rank correlation between white matter lesions(WMLs)and intracranial atherosclerosis.To evaluate predictive value of WMLs to the extent of intracranial atherosclerosis.Methods This retrospective study had recruited 133 patients with acute ischemic stroke.All patients underwent cranial MR SE and 3D-TOF MRA.We had evaluated the severity of intracranial atherosclerosis(based on the number of atherosclerotic arteries) and white matter lesions(based on Fazekas scores from 0 to 3).SPSS13.0 was used to analyze the data.Results The frequency of intracranial atherosclerosis and WMLs were 75.2%and 80.5%.The numbers of atherosclerostic intracranial arteries may increase with rising severity of WMLs(spearman rank correlation rs=0.415,p<0.001).Conclusion There is rank correlation between extend of white matter lesions(WMLs) and intracranial atherosclerosis.
