【摘要】 我国国债市场仍不成熟。文章阐述了国债具有的金融特性,认为充分发挥我国国债市场金融功能的关键在于:一是短期国债规模应占有较大比重;二是建立统一高效的国债交易市场;三是重新推出国债期货交易。针对当前有关国债市场认识中普遍存在的误解,文章也提出了自己的看法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chinese government debt market is still imperfect. Through setting forth the unique financial characteristics of government debt, this paper puts forward that the keys to bring the financial function of Chinese government debt market into full play are as follows: firstly, the short-term government debt should account for a large percentage; secondly, the uniform and efficient market of government debt should be established; thirdly, the exchanging of government debt futures should be started again. This paper also clears the commonly existed misconceptions as to the government debt market.更多还原
