固定化微生物技术对受污染缓流水体底泥生态修复的研究
Study on Effects of Immobilized Microorganism Technology on Ecological Restoration of Contaminated Slow-flow Water Sediments
【摘要】 受污染缓流水体底泥中污染物质的长期缓慢释放是水体生态修复的难点。文章通过使用固定化微生物技术对磁湖底泥进行生态修复实验,结果表明采用固定化微生物技术有利于加速底泥中营养物质的降解与释放,对受污染底泥有明显的生态修复作用,对以后开展类似湖泊的治理工作有非常重要的意义。
【Abstract】 The long-term slow release of contaminants of the slow-flow water sediment is the difficult point in water ecological restoration.The immobilized microorganism technology is used in the experiments of ecological restoration of the sediment of Ci Lake.The results show that this technology accelerates the degradation and release of nutrients in the sediments and exerts a significant effect on the ecological restoration of the contaminated sediments,which is of great reference to the lake management.
