【摘要】 为有效地处理供应链管理中的不确定性,提高应急管理的可操作性,从方法论角度提出了一种用以刻画供应链突发事件演化建模、应急预案管理、响应决策构建、评估和仿真演练的模型方法体系。依据该体系中的突发事件建模、预案查询及匹配、响应决策、决策评估和演练仿真五个模型,分别综述了供应链应急响应决策模型方法的研究状况,并指出在现代供应链背景下突发事件的建模、预案与情境分析、响应决策方法、决策评估和仿真等模型方法的研究思路、关键方法和进一步研究方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to effectively deal with uncertainties in supply chain and to improve operability of emergency management,a theoretical framework is made to describe evolutionary modeling,emergency plan management,response decision-making,decision evaluation and practice,and simulation in supply chain.Emergency response decision-making is respectively discussed and reviewed from the five models of emergency modeling,emergency plan searching and matching,response decision-making,decision evaluation and practice and simulation.And then,key methods and further research in emergency modeling,emergency plan and corresponding context analysis,response decision-making methods,decision evaluation and simulation are made.更多还原
