【摘要】 与二十多年前音译词"欧佩克"一出现就受到一些人的指责一样,移译词"PK"的出现也同样遭到了一些人的批评。尽管如此,"欧佩克"依然生存下来,"PK"也逐渐被人们接受。外来语的引进从一个层面反映了社会发展的历史,表现出那个时代政治、经济、文化等特征,是一种社会语言现象。音译外来语"欧佩克"和移译外来语"PK"的例子证实,一个外来语的出现是那个时代人们交际需求的反映,其命运并不取决于行政立法、语言学家或翻译家的意志,而是取决于语言的社会环境。通过统计分析2006—2008年间中国重要报纸移植外来语的文章篇数,指出新一轮的外来语移植潮正在悄然兴起。外来语的移植现象标志着社会语言环境的变化。外来语的移植有利于科技专业领域的对外交流,有利于汉语国际化。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the transliterated Chinese word "OPEC" was criticized when it came into being 20 years ago,the transferred "PK" in Chinese was also faced with sever objection.However "OPEC" has survived in the Chinese lexis and "PK" is being accepted by the majority.The importation of foreign words,which is of sociolinguistic phenomenon,reflects the footprints of social development history and carries the political,economical and cultural traits of that time.The example of "OPEC" and "PK" proves that the birth of a foreign word in a language results from the need of communication and the fate of it is determined by its sociolinguistic environment,but neither by the government legislation,nor by the will of linguists or translators.By analyzing the statistics of numbers of Chinese major newspaper articles containing transplanted foreign words,this paper indicates that a new wave of foreign word transplantation is gaining momentum,which marks the change in sociolinguistic environment.The transplant of foreign words into Chinese is beneficial to both the technical communication with the outside world and the internationalization of Chinese language itself.更多还原
