超高射速武器低后坐力技术研究
Study on Low Recoil Technology in Superhigh Firing Rate Weapon System
【摘要】 超高射速武器是一种超越传统的全新概念武器,射速高,后坐力大,要考虑设计合适的减后坐力装置,使武器后坐运动达到合理程度,实现武器的低后坐力柔性发射。研究武器在采用有预压的双向弹簧缓冲器和高效膛口制退器共同作用下的情况,建立了武器后坐运动的动力学模型,分别对非耦合、弱耦合和强耦合3种发射模式进行数值仿真计算,得出了发射装置的受力和运动规律。结果表明,射速越高,武器后坐的位移、速度和产生的运动阻力越大。该技术研究可为超高射速武器结构设计和优化提供理论支持和借鉴。
【Abstract】 The superhigh firing rate weapon is a kind of whole new concept weapon that surpasses the traditional weapon concept. Its firing rate is very high and its recoil is huge.To acquire reasonable recoil movement,the appropriate recoil-reduction device must be designed to achieve the low recoil and flexible launch of the weapon system. The dynamics model of weapon recoil movement was set up by means of preloaded bi-directional spring buffer and the high efficient muzzle brake. The numerical simulation and calculation of 3 kinds of launch pattern such as non-coupling ,weak coupling and strong coupling were performed respectively.The subjected force and recoil movement rule of the launch device were obtained. The results showed that the higher the firing rate is,the greater the displacement,velocity and resulted moving resistance of weapon recoil are. The technical research can provide theory support and reference for structural design and optimization of superhigh firing rate weapon system.
