【摘要】 目的评估萘哌地尔分散片在治疗ⅢB型CP导致的获得性早泄中的疗效。方法46例ⅢB型CP合并PE患者口服萘哌地尔分散片,治疗8 w,并用前列腺炎症状评分、性生活质量评分、尿动力学检查等方法评价其疗效。结果治疗前后,在前列腺炎症状评分、性生活质量评分及尿动力学参数方面均有明显改善。结论萘哌地尔分散片能明显改善ⅢB型CP导致的获得性早泄的相关症状,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the naftopidil dispersible tablets in the treatment of Ⅲ B-type CP was caused by the effects of premature ejaculation.Methods 46 patients with type Ⅲ B combined PE in patients with CP naftopidil oral tablet,treatment,8 w,and use prostatitis symptom scores,sexual quality of life scores,urodynamic evaluation of its efficacy and other methods.Results before and after treatment,in the prostatitis symptom score,sexual quality of life score and urodynamic parameters were significantly improved.Conclusion Naftopidil tablet can significantly improve Ⅲ B-type CP due to acquired premature ejaculation-related symptoms,worthy to be popularized.更多还原
