【摘要】 目的评价经皮髓核切除术联合盘内胶原酶溶核治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法对45例腰椎间盘突出症病例行经皮髓核切除术联合盘内胶原酶溶核术。通过5～12个月的随访对其疗效进行分析。结果根据MacNab评价法,优30例,良12例,可2例,差1例。优良率93.3%,有效率97.8%。结论经皮髓核切除术联合盘内胶原酶溶核术胶原酶化学溶核术治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有见效快、疗效好,不良反应少的优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical value of percutaneous lumbar diskectomy combined with percutaneous collagenase chenucleolysis for treating lumbar disc herniation. Methods 45 lumbar disc herniation patients were treated percutaneous lumbardiscectomy(PLD) combined with percutaneous collagenase chemonuleolysis.All the patients were followed-up for 5 to 12 months. Results 45 cases were performed successfully. The total fine rate was 93.3% and efficient rate was 97.8%.According to MacNab methods,30 cases were excellent,12 cases were good,2 cases were average,1 cases was failed.There were no severity complication. Conclusion It is a good method to treat lumbar disc herniation with high effectiveness,less complications and adverse effect.更多还原
