【摘要】 目的:建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定丹灯通脑片中丹酚酸B的含量。方法:采用Agilent Zorbax Extend C18色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸(21:79)为流动相,流速为0.8ml·min-1,检测波长为286nm。结果:丹酚酸B在26.75~267.5μg·ml-1范围内与色谱峰面积线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9998。平均回收率为100.2%,RSD为1.8%(n=9),仪器精密度和方法精密度RSD均低于2.0%。结论:该方法简便,结果准确,重复性好,可用于丹灯通脑片的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of salvianolic acid B in Dandengtongnao Tablets.Methods:Agilent Zorbax Extend C18 column was used as fixed phase,with acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (21:79) as mobile phase,the flow rate was 0.8 mL·min-1,and the UV detector was monitored at 286 nm.Results:Salvianolic acid B showed good linearity in the range of 26.75-267.5μg·mL-1;and the average recovery was 100.2%,with the RSD 1.8%(n=9).The overall RSD of precision test were less than 2.0%.Conclusion:The developed method was simple,accurate and reproducible,and can be used for the quality control of Dandengtongnao tablets.更多还原
