【摘要】 目的:筛查佛山地区婴儿佝偻病发生情况。方法:采用安徽高山药业有限公司提供的骨碱性磷酸酶(BALPKIT)试剂盒进行检测。结果:①BALP升高者例,占46.61%,②日照时间长,预防服药降低佝偻病发生。结论:提示本地区佝偻病发生率很高,应引起高度重视。BALP测定操作简单,病人痛苦小,特异性强,灵敏度高,所用设备简单,能快速得出检验结果。依靠单纯BALP检测结果便可诊断佝偻病结果,值得在临床上推广。更多还原
