【摘要】 目的:观察脉冲毫米波经穴治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的疗效。方法:将确诊为CAG的患者随机分为脉摩组(脉冲毫米波经穴治疗联合中成药摩罗丹治疗)30例、脉冲组(脉冲毫米波经穴治疗)30例和对照组(中成药摩罗丹治疗)30例,治疗2个月后观察疗效。结果:脉摩组、脉冲组均能明显改善CAG的临床症状,有效率分别为96.67%和93.33%,与对照组(76.67%)比较,均有显著性差异(P<0.05),但脉摩组与脉冲组相比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);脉摩组、脉冲组分别与对照组相比较,在胃黏膜萎缩改善有效率及肠上皮化生或(和)异型增生改善率方面均有统计学意义(P<0.05～0.01),但脉摩组与脉冲组相比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:脉冲毫米波经穴治疗可明显改善CAG胃黏膜腺体萎缩程度、肠腺化生、异型增生,临床疗效较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of square pulse millimeter wave in channel points to treat chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods:the patients were randomly divided into pulses mo group(treated in square pulse millimeter wave in channel points united mo luo dan),square pulse group(treated in square pulse millimeter wave in channel points)and control group(treated in mo luo dan).The curative effect was observed after 2 months.Results:pulses mo group and square pulse group could obviously improve clinical symptom of chronic atrophic gastritis.The effective rates were 96.67% and 93.33%.There was significant difference to compare with control(P<0.05).There was not statistics difference between pulses mo group and square pulse group(P>0.05).There was statistics difference in gastric mucosa analosis improvement and Intestinal metaplasia or dysplasia between pulses mo group,square pulse group and control group.But There was not statistics difference between pulses mo group and square pulse group(P>0.05).Conclusion:the square pulse millimeter wave in channel points could obviously improve the analosis level of gastric mucosa glandular organ,Intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia in chronic atrophic gastritis.更多还原
