【摘要】 目的:观察自拟心肌灵汤对急性病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分成治疗组30例,对照组30例。治疗组给予心肌灵汤加常规西药治疗,对照组在给予常规西药治疗同时口服天王补心丸,观察比较治疗前后两组患者临床症状、体征、心电图、血清心肌酶的变化。结果:心肌灵汤对急性病毒性心肌炎患者具有明显临床疗效。结论:心肌灵汤是治疗急性病毒性心肌炎的有效治疗方剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Xinjiling Decoction to treat acute viral myocarditis.Methods:60 cases were randomly divided into treatment and control.The treatment was treated in Xinjiling decoction on the basis of common western medicine treatment and the control were treated in Tianwangbuxin pills.The clinical symptom,physical sign,electrocardiogram and serum cardiac muscle enzyme were observed before and after treatment in two groups.Results:The Xinjiling decoction had the obviously clinical curative effect to treat acute viral myocarditis.Conclusion:The Xinjiling decoction is the effective prescription to treat acute viral myocarditis.更多还原
