【摘要】 目的研究E-cadherin蛋白在乳腺组织中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化的方法对15例乳腺正常组织、15例乳腺纤维腺瘤组织和45例乳腺癌组织中E-cadherin的表达进行检测。结果①在乳腺正常组织、乳腺纤维腺瘤和乳腺癌组织中E-cadherin蛋白阳性表达率分别为100.00%(15/15)、86.67%(13/15)、57.78%(26/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②E-cadherin蛋白低表达与乳腺癌肿块大小、组织学分级、临床分期、淋巴结转移和c-erbB-2阳性密切相关(P<0.05),与年龄、ER、PR无明显相关(P>0.05)。结论E-cadherin低表达与乳腺癌的发生发展、肿块大小、分化程度、临床分期、淋巴结转移和c-erbB-2密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Ecadherin gene in human breast tissue.Methods Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the E-cadherin protein among 15 normal samples,15 fibroadenoma samples and 45 human breast cancer samples.Results The expression of E-cadherin was significantly lower than that of the other two groups(P<0.05).Low expression of E-cadherin was significantly related with the size of tumor,differentiation,clinical stage,c-erbB-2 and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),and there was no significant relationship with ER,PR and the age(P>0.05).Conclusion Low expression of E-cadherin is significantly related with the carcinogenesis,the size of tumor,differentiation,clinical stage,c-erbB-2 and lymph node metastasis in breast cancer.更多还原
