【摘要】 目的探讨主动脉夹层动脉瘤的死亡机制。方法河南省信阳市2001年1月~2006年12月涉及医疗死因鉴定案件中主动脉夹层动脉瘤猝死6例尸体解剖。结果通过主动脉夹层动脉瘤尸体解剖及临床病历资料探讨,分析该类案件的临床特点、病理学特点及规范性解剖,从而探讨死亡发生的机制及参与因素。结论提高对主动脉夹层动脉瘤的认识,做到早诊断、早治疗是降低该病死亡率的关键更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To inquire the death mechanism of aortic dissection. Methods To investigate the autopsy of medical cases which had relations with aortic dissection from January 2001 to December 2006. Results Death mechanism and factors were inquired after analysing the clinical features,clinical medical records,pathological characteristics and normative anatomy of these cases by autopsy and discussing the clinical medical records. Conclusion Raising the awareness of aortic dissection,early diagnosis and treatment are the key to reduce the mortality.更多还原
