【Abstract】 Though Australia is rich in energy resources, it faces some engergy prolems such as insufficient oil self-support,Green House Gas emission on the high side,inadequate energy investment and energy market reform not straight to the point. Prosperity, Security and Sustainability is the national energy policy developed by Australia gradually. The energy law system in Australia is very comprehensive, which concerns with all types of energy and each area of energy. Relatively perfect energy legal system has been established in Australia now. Establishing perfect energy law system and energy management system, promoting energy market reform within legal framework, attaching importance to energy security of supply and utilization are valuable experience for our country to reference during perfecting energy law system.更多还原
