【摘要】 目的:探讨细针穿刺细胞块联合细针吸取细胞学对涎腺肿瘤的诊断价值。方法:有病理组织学对比的123例涎腺肿瘤患者,均行细针吸取细胞学和细胞块切片诊断,分析二者对涎腺肿瘤诊断的准确率。结果:二者联合诊断敏感性为95.1%,细针吸取细胞学诊断敏感性为91.0%。对涎腺肿瘤分型诊断中二者联合诊断准确率为92.6%,细针吸取细胞学诊断准确率为65.0%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中对恶性肿瘤分型中,二者联合诊断准确率91.8%,细针吸取细胞学诊断准确率为56.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:细针吸取细胞块和细针吸取细胞学对涎腺肿瘤的诊断准确性均较高,二者联合应用对组织分型、分类诊断有很高的应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of cell block and fine needle aspiration cytology to the salivary tumor. Methods A total of 123 samples from salivary tumor with matched histological diagnosis were studied. All were diagnosed with fine needle aspiration cytology and cell block slice. The diagnostic accuracy of cell block combined with fine needle aspiration cytology was analyzed retrospectively and compared with fine needle aspiration cytology in the salivary tumor. Results The diagnostic accuracy was 95.1% of the combination method,and 91.0% of fine neddle aspiration cytology. The histological typing accuracy was 92.7% of the combination method,and 65.0% of the fine needle aspiration cytology. There was a statistic difference(P<0.05). For malignant tumors,the histological typing accuracy of the combination method was 91.8%,and was 56.7% of fine neddle aspiration cytology(P<0.05). Conclusion The diagnostic accuracies of fine needle aspiration cytology and cell block are both high in salivary tumors. The combination of them will have a high applied value to histological typing and classification in salivary tumors.更多还原
