【摘要】 目的:探讨结直肠癌KAI1/CD82与E钙黏蛋白的表达及其与侵袭转移的相关性。方法:采用SP法免疫组化链霉菌抗生物素蛋白-过氧化酶连接法检测105例结直肠癌中KAI1/CD82与E钙黏蛋白的表达。结果:KAI1/CD82与E钙黏蛋白的表达与组织分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移相关,二者表达呈正相关。结论:KAI1/CD82与E钙黏蛋白的异常表达可能参与结直肠癌的恶性进展,检测KAI1/CD82与E钙黏蛋白的表达对判断肿瘤病理进展与转移有一定的价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the expressions of KAI1/CD82 and E-cadherin and the correlation with the invasion and metastasis in colorectal cancer.Methods The streptavidin-peroxidese immunohistochemistry was done in 105 cases of colorectal cancer.Results The expression of KAI1/CD82 and E-cadherin were correlated to the tumor differentiation degree,invasion depth,and lymaph node metastasis.Conclusion The abnormal expression of KAI1/CD82 and E-cadherin participates in malignant progression of colorectal cancer.Detecting the expression of KAI1/CD82 and E-cadherin probably has clinical significance in evaluating tumor progression and metastasis.更多还原
