【摘要】 目的:建立控制虎力散胶囊的质量标准。方法:采用TLC法对虎力散胶囊中三七进行定性鉴别;采用酸碱滴定法对方中的总生物碱进行含量测定;采用HPLC法对方中三七皂苷R1与人参皂苷Rg1进行定量分析。色谱柱为C18柱(200mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.05%的磷酸溶液(20:80),流速1.0mL/min。结果:薄层斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰;三七皂苷R1与人参皂苷Rg1对照品分别在0.4036-4.036μg、1.0012-10.012μg范围内,进样量与峰面积呈良好线性关系,平均加样回收率分别为98.50%与98.62%,RSD%分别为0.79%与0.80%(n=6)。结论:方法简便可行,结果准确可靠,重现性好,可作为本产品的质量控制方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish the quality standard of Hulisan Capsule.Methods:Panax notoginseng were identified by TLC. The content of total alkaloids were determined and calculated by acid-base titration based on the amounts of hydrochloric acid that reacted with alkaloid. HPLC was used to determine ginsenoside Rgl and notoginsenoside R1 contents.The separation was performed on C18 column with acetonitrile -0.05% phosphoric acid (20 :80) as a mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results:The TLC sports developed were fairly clear.And the blank test showed no interference.The control content of ginsenoside Rgl and notoginsenoside R1 was within the range of 4.036-40.36 μg, 1.0012-10.012μg,and there were the fine linearship between the sample input and the peak area,the average recovery were 98.50% and 98.62%,RSD were 0.79% and 0.80% (n=6). Conclusion:The method is simple,reliable,accurate and can be applied as the quantity control method of Laonian Kechuan Capsule.更多还原
